I guess alt + 255 doesn't work

For example, say I had a dot, and I selected it, and it was on a corner of a 500x500 pixel square, how can I center it in the middle of the whole screen? Eg; _____ |. | |___| How can I get that dot to center in the middle?

Anyone know of a lens flare effect? I had one on my other computer, but I can't remember the name of it or where I got it from.

That logo only took me 2 minuted though. The first minute because of the gradience. By the way, anyone know what the plugin is called for the gradience on a text? (I made my own using transparency and white, but it would be nicer if there were a faster way, I had the plugin on my old computer)
