Ok so like i have this regular pic of myself and i want to put a background behind it. I erased the background and made it white from behind now like how do i add the background...help..

ok so i just got my new laptop on christmas and i downloaded paint.net v3.2.5. ok so im on here and they dont have all the FONTS! They have a few fonts just not all of them like they should. So i downloaded it on my regular dell p.c(its a regular.computer not a laptop) and they have ALL the fonts with no problems. I downloaded it twice to see if the download was correct and i'm still having the problem on the laptop. HELP....idk what this laptop is called but it says "IBM thinkpad". I only have mostly arial fonts and non-cursive fonts. I am missing A LOT!
