you have some good tag work here mate. I would suggest organizing images into one post with hide tags and setting up categories. A streamlined gallery will attract more people. Also to avoid getting in trouble for bumping you can wait a bit to respond to someones comment . I tend to do that a lot in my gallery lol. As other's have said don't be discouraged and keep up the great work mate.

Thanks a lot mate. The aliasing in the thumbs is due to how much they are compressed on this forum. I used the new thumb tag here which is a great thing to have.

you probably wouldn't believe it but i didn't use smudge at all on this. I used pyrochild's two new plugins trail and twist to make maelstrom. His new twist plugin is just spectacular along with trail.

more specifically it is a render made by a 3d imaging program called cinema 4d. The are generally semi transparent in nature and are used to enhance the background in an image. They are sometimes hard to blend into an image. Some of the signature artists in this forum may be able to give you tips in blending them. The most prolific use of c4d's are in signatures but i have seen them used in great artworks. Some people say that using c4d's is a form of cheating but i strongly disagree. I feel that artists should use every tool at their disposal to portray their feelings and the meaning of what they want to convey to the viewers. Good luck and best regards, chad

Also there is an invention called a type writer that would do the job you are looking for.

lol there is a simple fix to that don't have the notifications sent to your email just have them pm'd to you. I do believe you can do that by the way. actually i just checked you can't have the notifications sent by pm but you can watch topics and turn off the email notifications.

i have been trying to update my avatar and it is not updating it is keeping the same image as before the change but resizing it to the new images size.

I don't quite see where you are trying to go with this image. The work is alright for a beginner. The sky should be blue or is that the style you are going for? The images that are cut outs could be feathered (plugin created by boltbait). You have potential so don't get down on yourself. I suggest that you take a stroll over to the tutorials section of the forum and take a crack at some of the newcomer tutorials. They are quite helpful and informative. Also please don't make a new topic every time you create a new image. As per the forum rules you are only allowed one thread in the pictorium sub forum.
