i have two pictures of the same thing one is cropped and slightly diffrent what would u suggest i do to blend it to match seamlessly

let me explain if that didnt make sence i am trying to make a comparison picture using 2 diffrent pics i needed to draw lines to the parts that are the same can i do this with paint

im pritty good at editing pics so this dosnt seem hard thank you all for your help

ok how to explain this . i put text on a pic to put on my website. then i accedently deleted the pic without the text. is there a way to remove the text from the picture i have now ,or at least make it less visable
