Please install Windows XP Service Pack 3, this can be found on the Microsoft site

you might need to download the installer again, Im not sure, but it can be that the file is corrupt (it happened to me a while back)

Under the "On This Page" There is a link that says "Download files below" I hope that helps =D

Make sure you still have .NET Framework installed, its best to get the latest one.

This is awesome man, I have used this for many things I used Shape 3D with this and red/black gradient for the planet and paint bucket(red) and Vinegrette for the backdrop xD this planet got PWND!!!!
