I know, but thats kinda what i'm trying to avoid, I just think it would make things easier.

I think that paint.net should have an option that when dragging a selection on a layer, over another place in the layer, you should be able to make any transparencies transparent... kind ahard to explain, but I mean just like in MSpaint, with the selection tool. It's pretty much the only reason I still use paint.
