    Ok! I'm kinda upset, why is it not working for me? I got Vista, is that a problem? I moved the dll's for feather , light rays , jitter to the effects folder - C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\Effects and nothing. i restarted PdN several times, restarted computer. Nothing. It is not in blur or adjustments , in fact all three are nowhere to be found under the menu buttons. Files are not "blocked". All permissions are set for system and administrator as well. Which is who i am since its my computer... So whats the deal !!!!?????
