Any advice? I think this is my best so far.

When I have selected the white with the magic wand and got background and delete, it just does a white fill, it does not delete it. What am I doing wrong?

How do you get the filmstrip stuff? I've seen wallys that have a filmstrip on them with pictures in them. Does anybody know how to get these filmstrips? Is there a plugin or something you can add? Thanks in advance for your help!

When I outline a picture, so that I can copy and paste it onto another surface, I have a problem. I do the outlining on layer 2. Then when I go to highlight the picture with the magic wand it(still on layer 2) it only highlights the outline. There seems to be no way to highlight the picture within the outline, or the background outside. I can only highlight the outline. This has been happening for a while. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
