So this is ticking me off to no end. I tried "GIMP", MS Paint, and Pixlr, and now this, but they (and you) don't have what I'm looking for. I want to be able to set a shape (IE rectangle) to a certain width and height. Apologies if the tone of my post is coming off harsh. I'm just irritated. Thank you.
