Spacetime

I tried to install paint.net 4.0.13 at first i thought it was okay but after i search paint.net to use it it's gone and then on second try i check where the installation will going and it says it's extracting on D drive.. i went to d drive while paint.net is being installed and there is folder that suddenly got removed and i found out it's the paint.net so what happening
