    In addition to having to install DOT Net framework 4.something, the installer also downloaded a bunch more files to my computer. Now, it tells me I have to restart for the install to complete. Why? What a bloated piece of bloody potato. Even Photoshop doesn't require a restart to install, and it's almost become the poster child of bloat.
