Hello I've got 1000+ images that I want to apply as a new layer to another image/background. Now instead of copy and pasting 1000+ times, is there a way/plugin that I can use that I can do this as a batch process? Thanks

Is there a plugin, or method, that can transform an image from what you see in the 1st image to something like the 2nd image? Is it possible? Thanks
