    In Paint.NET there are some shortcuts, like: press E for eraser, P for pen, B for brush and so on. But they are not working, when keyboard layout language is not English (on my computer I can switch between Russian and English, and when my layout is Russian, this shortcuts are not working) This is totally wrong. But things like Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V, Ctrl+S are working regardless of layout.
