Sorry if I wasn't clear, I more meant the tooltips when you hover. For example, when I sit my cursor over the shapes key I get this: I feel like 'o o' or 'o x 2' might be more appropriate? Just a suggestion anyway. Thanks for a great product!

Ahh gotcha! Thanks, that will save me a lot of time. Might be worth renaming the tooltip to o, o perhaps.

This is the most ridiculously petty thing to ask about but I"m genuinely curious about the following behaviour: If I'm in shape mode and draw a shape, then Ctrl-Z to undo it, then press o, it will toggle to line mode. If I'm in line mode and draw a line, then Ctrl-Z to undo it, then press o, nothing happens. I have to press o again to toggle to shape mode. I'm just curious why this is the case. I spend a lot of time annotating pictures with rectangles and lines in paintdotnet and am often in the wrong mode and inadvertently draw a line when I want a rectangle (or vice versa). So my behaviour is to Ctrl-Z and hit o to toggle. However I have to be mindful of which mode I'm transitioning from/to in order to remember the number of o's to press. I guess it also begs the followup question: is there a explicit and distinct hotkey for the line mode or one for shape mode?

Did not realise you could 'snap' them like that! Brilliant, thanks, that solves my problem. (And yes, colors window as well as tools and layers - but they can all be snapped so thats great)

I have a bit of a 1%er screen setup - dual WQXGA + single WQHD screen. One thing I'm finding is I'm constantly 'losing' the palettes when I move the main pdn window around. It actually becomes a bit of a pain to scan around all screen to try to find them (sometimes it is physically over a metre away). First world problems right? Just wondering is there any ability to gather the palettes to the main window, force dock to the window, embed them in the menubar or any other mechanisms I may be able to use to more easily keep them with the main window? Thanks for developing such a fantastic product.
