Maximilian replied to lynxster4's topic in The Archives
I regret I could not participate, especially considering how fond I am of trees 😔 I hope I can do something for the next theme. Super cute entries both of them 🙂👍 -
I did have a few ideas for this contest, but sadly could not find the time to make something... like I sniffed for the chance, but it didn't show up Both competitor doggies look like good boys

Plugin Query about Equalize
Maximilian replied to Dedan's topic in Paint.NET Discussion and Questions
Hello and welcome to the forum 🖐🙂 The right plugins to install depend very much on what kind of result you want to achieve with PdN. For example, I've been doing portraits lately, and the artistic effects in the G'MIC library are what I've been using the most, but that's just one example based on my current personal use of PdN. Of course I also need many other plugins for what I do. I think the best you can do is go through the Plugin Index by searching for keywords related to what you want to achieve. Hope this helps a bit 🙂 👍 -
All entries are very pleasant to look at. Greetings to both the winner and everyone else 🖐🙂

Thanks for all the work you've put on these tutorials, @ReMake🖐🙂 Inspired by some of the techniques presented here, plus some use of the Diffuse and Majority plugins, I've come up with two textures

They both look astounding, I believe! -
Hello. A friend has asked me whether it would be possible to run PdN on a Mac computer. Sorry if this has been addressed before, but I haven't been able to find a relevant thread. I'm aware there's no Mac version of PdN, but I've been wondering whether there's anything like a Windows emulator for Mac that could allow the program to run correctly. I apologize if the question is too silly, but I'm frankly not very savant on the matter of emulators and operating systems, and what can be done with emulators. Thanks to anyone who could give me a clue on this.

It's so nice to see you back, dear friend!

Geraniums from a photo manipulation in which I was trying to discover a simple way to somehow overexpose the background so as to highlight the flowers. It may or may not be passable, but here's the result:

Photo by me in my backyard, edited in PdN. It's a gazania with a busy bee about to land on it:
