Never mind. I figured it out by watching a video. But my new problem is that I want to only fill a certain area, not the whole screen. What I was looking for is like the fill tool, but with pictures instead of colors

I can't find it under the fill submenu. BTW I'm using version 3.510.4297.28970 (to the last decimal in the properties file).
