It's a valid ZIP file; it's just missing the .zip extension. You can add it yourself.

Right click on the File > Rename then type in the period and zip extension.

Not so ;) I gave specific instructions because we like to cater to ALL levels of user, from rank beginners to advanced tech-heads. It's easy to assume a user has lots of knowledge. That's not always the case.
