It now has an angle chooser, center chooser, is more customizable, and uses Paint.NET's new IndirectUI system. It's now found in the Artistic menu. Effects -> Artistic -> Film BETA... This effect is ONLY compatible with Paint.NET 3.20 Beta 1. Please report any and all issues you find, unless you are not using Paint.NET 3.20 Beta 1. This plugin will probably break between now and the next Beta or final release. Just an FYI. Also, I'm debating putting this in the Photo submenu instead. While submenu names such as Blur, Distort, Render, etc. are pretty objective about its contents 'Artistic' is totally subjective (just like 'art' is... ), being of no use in guiding the user; in fact I think that entries like Artistic need further thinking and a more meaningful name...
