Eli Posted July 2, 2015 Share Posted July 2, 2015 (edited) Hello kimberker, This is one way of doing it: You need two layers: One for your background image and one for the text. Type the text using white color on the Text layer. Double click the Text layer. The layer properties will open and you can change the opacity to obtain transparency.
