Rick Brewster Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 Correct. Windows 7 SP1 or newer is required. Go to Windows Update and make sure you have Service Pack 1 installed. Otherwise you will be unable to install Paint.NET. There's no way around it. Also, we can only help you if you post in English.
