Unfocus effect "transparent pixels" problem

So this is what happens whenever you load a PNG file and try applying "Unfocus" effect on it, it all goes transparent like in the picture below :

Sometimes you get to see only some parts of the picture (mainly when it's a text or an object with the same color), I also think that it may be a memory-related issue.

Can you provide me with two things? 

 

1) The output from Settings -> Diagnostics (there's a "Copy to Clipboard" button")

 

2) Attach one of the PNGs which causes this to happen to your reply
