I was going to lock this because I thought it was too simple, but then I remembered how often this question comes up...

Oi. This tutorial isn't directly related to paint.net. Shouldn't it be in Miscellaneous? :P

Ok, I'm lost.  Kind of like skullbonz.  I don't have a garage, and I live in the city so there aren't any deer.  What if I want to sharpen a picture that isn't of a deer?  Do I need layers?

The Doctor: There was a goblin, or a trickster, or a warrior... A nameless, terrible thing, soaked in the blood of a billion galaxies. The most feared being in all the cosmos. And nothing could stop it, or hold it, or reason with it. One day it would just drop out of the sky and tear down your world.
Amy: But how did it end up in there?
The Doctor: You know fairy tales. A good wizard tricked it.
River Song: I hate good wizards in fairy tales; they always turn out to be him.

How do I get the deer to stand by my garage in the first place?

And what do I do if it leaves before I get a chance to take a second picture? :/:)

The first time you shoot the deer, use a 12 gauge. The second time should be lots easier.

TR, If you use a 12 gauge, you will have to spit out the pellets at the dinner table.

Drew Dale, there is a garage plugin?? Oh I will have to look for it...I'd love a garage but not too keen on the deer.

If you take your blurry picture to CSI or Bones - they can enhance it for you enough so you can see what it had for breakfast yesterday :D :D :D

This is the most unbelievable part of the show. It is frustrating that people actually believe this is possible. Then, they come here asking how it's done.

BoltBait, why bother taking another image when you can just CSI enhance it? Just get the image, push a couple of buttons while you say "enhance the image" and done. You can actually get 1440p full HD photos from a single coloured picture..

"Enhance 224 176."

"Enhance.  Stop."

"Move in.  Stop."

"Pull out, track right. Stop."

"Center and pull back. Stop."

"Track 45 right.  Stop."

"Center and stop."

No matter how many times I say this to paint.net it never works.  Do I need a plugin?  PLEEZZZZZZZZzzzzz HEELLLpppppp!!!!!!!

we're in the era of AI-assisted software that will be able to do all sorts of things, simplifying/making more user-friendly things that previously would've been way too complicated and time consuming for an non-specialist.
