Creating a border for an image?

I'm inserting an image onto a background, but the background is the same color as certain parts of the image. I was wondering how to make a white border around the image so you can tell them apart (the background is black). Thanks.

Use the line tool.

Create another layer, then with the line tool, draw lines to frame it in.

There's the line tool or there's the Rectangle tool. :RectangleTool:

Set your pixel size to the width you want the frame lines then draw. One click frame
