How to make things glow? (Previously "A little help over here?")

Hi, fellow..paint.netians..
I'm, as you can see, a paint.net noob.
And I know this question makes me a REAL noob but..
How do you make the :PaintBrushTool: glow? So far I haven't seen any glow tools..thank you! :smile:

What you have to do is paint your lines (preferably on their own layer), then use the glow effect (Effects>Photo>Glow)

Depending on the specific effect you wish to create, there are many different ways to make things glow. If you want something more specific, see if you can find an example of what you are looking for and post it here! We'll be happy to explain how to do it :D
