When I first installed it I was happy.
When I tried Playing Minecraft,it crashed.
When I Tried Opening Windows Live Movie Maker,Crashed
When I did a Restore everything was normal.
I really want this application but I can't just do a restore Over and Over again.
Can anyone help?

Then Minecraft sounds like the problem as it first crashed playing that., not Paint.Net. I suggest you post on a Minecraft forum about this, not here. You might get more success there.
