Is this a problem? I thought it should be reported:

"PAINTDOTNET_SETUP.EXE" ? Is that the name of the file you downloaded? It should be called PaintDotNet.3.5.10.Install.zip. I've never uploaded a file called PAINTDOTNET_SETUP.EXE.
