I don't wish to sound curt, but your request seems to be lacking info if you wish someone to help you. Are you looking for some sort of a logo to go on a hat, or a hat style? What game is it for?
Otherwise, folks here have galleries to show off their work, maybe something in there may inspire you.

Why not try Google? This forum is devoted to Paint.NET. Hats are a little out of our main stream.

Team Fortress 2? Can't use Paint.NET for that.
