Okay, this is my first topic so bear with me here.
Today I'll be explaining how to make stickers and applying them using layers. First, you need a picture (preferably with a white background) and a plug-in called 'Grim Color Reaper'.

So go ahead and look for a picture. Here's mine.

Next, open up Paint.NET and Open the picture up.

Go into Effects>Color>Grim Color Reaper and adjust settings.
Mine was: Color tolerance - 0.65.
Consider transparent any alpha smaller than - 0.25.
What color? - White

... and save!!!

HOW TO APPLY STICKERS

Choose a picture background.

Go into Layers>Import From File>(YOUR STICKER) and select it. Move it anywhere around the picture you like, and save once you add enough stickers as you like.

Here is my finished product...

Hi pictureperfect.

Thank you for posting this tutorial. Unfortunately it does not cover any new ground and is really much too simplistic to warrant its own tutorial.
