Is your mean about mention it is that you don't need me as farsi translator ?

The translation has already been done. The translation pack has been posted in the thread I linked to.

I didn't find any language file for paint in that page if translation is already been done why it is not in language menu of program ?!!

The Farsi translation pack is not supplied by the Developer of Paint.NET, therefore Paint.NET does not ship with that language pack installed by default.

A third party has created the Farsi translation pack and made it available for free download on this forum. In order to use it you need to download and install the Farsi translation pack.

To install a language pack:

1. Download it from this forum

2. Unzip it

3. Move the unzipped files to your Paint.NET installation directory

4. Restart Paint.NET

The new language should be available via the Utilities | Language submenu.
