AGJM
Aha! A tutorial! http://forums.getpai...ircular-vortex/ I hope you like it. Edit: I did accidentally press <- Backspace on it while not editing the textbox, so I lost all of it from halfway through (so it took longer than planned). I finished it, though. NinjaManDan21
A couple of layouts for shirts for a bible study group (eighth grade guys only). I'm working on a background to have for the projector, too. Ha! Funny, I've recently started making slides for my church as well! Love the sirt designs! (esp. the red one ) Btw what is that font? Looks sweet! Edited October 18, 2011 by NinjaManDan21 Quote Sig Battle Wins: 5My Gallery | Smoke>Flames Tutorial~96% of teens won't stand up for God. AGJM
Dude, check the spelling of Colossians...good designs - red is the best. Apparently the teacher didn't like them. Maybe the design, maybe the spelling error. I'm not sure. Quote The hardest part of ending is starting again.
NinjaManDan21
Keep trying new ideas for shirts all the time though. Sometimes it takes a few attempts before an idea catches wind so to speak. (I know from experience) Btw you should ask him what it was he didn't like. That way you know what direction to take or not take when making designs. (It saves tons of time and effort) Edited October 19, 2011 by NinjaManDan21 Quote Sig Battle Wins: 5My Gallery | Smoke>Flames Tutorial~96% of teens won't stand up for God. I like the designs because they are simple & uncluttered, getting the message across quickly. I can see these as a screen print. Teacher's loss Quote Knowledge is no burden to carry. AGJM
Teacher's loss Thanks. I'm working on more abstract stuff, in a way. GIMP 2 inspired me, after I made this one image with smudge and ink. I think I'll try a new style soon, more black and white blurs. Quote The hardest part of ending is starting again. AGJM
A new metal effect: I like the original one FAR more, but I found with this one that running blurs > smooth and then photo > sharpen creates a sort of bevel effect. Especially if you outline the things first with a different (lighter) color. Quote The hardest part of ending is starting again.
AGJM
A better thing. An orb style. barbieq25
Like the new metal effect a lot. I can't help but think that it could do with one of those cross-hair like sparkles on top of one of the letters. A glint? New sig - clean, fresh & totally awesome!! AGJM
Very nice job on the latest metal texture. Nice tip, I'll have to try that The sig is a great concept but possibly it could be a bit sharper with less shadows ? (I guess that's personal taste tho' ...) The shadows made it look a bit sharper and a tiny bit more... contrasting? I like them. Thanks for the constructive criticism, though! Quote The hardest part of ending is starting again. AGJM
Part of my picture inspired by my dad's iPad: The entire photo is not done yet, so I thought i would post part of it as a preview. Also, the finished product will be 2592 by 1944 pixels, so the one I post on here won't look exactly the same. EDIT: Spoiler on first photo. I went back and fixed some imperfections.
