Hard to believe it has been two years as of January 5th that I found paint.net. When I first found it,I had no idea what I was doing, which frustrated me often. I decided to do some tutorials to help me understand the program better and maybe actually make a picture, lol. I will tell every new person to go do some of the great tutorials written by fine artists, don't give up,ask questions, don't be afraid to experiment and last of all have fun doing it. Those tutorials will help you understand how all the great plugins or effects work and how they work together. They are valuable learning resources.  I thank all the fine people who write these tutorials, make the plugins and build paint.net.  The forum serves as a meeting place for everyone and everything. Without you all I would still be in the dark ages with windows paint or gimp,THANK YOU!

WOW! Skullbonz, you did it! You made a gallery & it has such fabulous jewels in it! Each one is so lovely. I like the ideas you have for different ways of working. I am amazed & delighted. The jewels are very good & the backgrounds are super! My fave of all is The Eye of Skullbonz. The gem is so very, very cool!

I am also most honoured & humbled by your dedication. I am only too happy to help out where I can. I too, not so long ago, was where you are now. You will continue to improve & refine your own style. It is, & will continue to be, a pleasure to watch you grow.

Hmmm...let me think. Could it be that the two butterflies are the same color? No. That's not it. It's a double-bodied butterfly!

I looked to see the fault in the butterfly this morning but ran out of time before I had to dash off to work.

I do like the triangle one very much. Such a pretty gem! Your jewels are really great.

I think it is the last six of the gallery. If so, I love them all! Brilliant concept and colours.

God I love this program!!!!One drawback though,I think I'm addicted. :( I stayed out of Paint.net for 24 hours the other day and had withdrawals. Atleast I can recognize that I have a problem, that's the first step in my recovery. Can anyone direct me to the nearest Paint.Net Anonymous meetings for Vermont? :(

Oh ya,check out my last 4 added today 3/31,lol,a couple are hypnotizing,be carefull,lol. :)

The first one is fantastic! I love the colours in it. You have some really great ideas.

As for the AA for PDN - it is incurable. My suggestion is to go with the addiction. Time heals most things. When we first get bitten we get it bad but we learn to pace ourselves after a while. :D
