On a new layer with what ever color you whant the sandstorm to be set

as primer use Jitter useing setings
for Maxinum Distance:500 Minimum Distance:61
With:1 Spacing:0 Angle:-3451 and use edge behavior on primary.
Then use Frosted Glass useing setings for Maximum Scatter Radius:19.07
Minimum Scatter Radius:19.07 Smoothness:1.
Thats it but if you whant you could mess with the jitter and frosted

glass setings untill you like it.
By the way this is my first time trying to do a sand storm im kind of

new to this too soo
if you dont like it thats no surprice. :?

There are a few interesting tips here: http://paintdotnet.f...t=26714&start=0 (specific to snow and rain).

The techniques might be applicable to sand if you make the dots smaller and color them appropriately.

I don't think that will help me to make a sandstorm in paint.net program.
