Welcome to my first Paint.NET tutorial.

I will be showing you how to put cool motion effects into photos.

New Image

First open your picture in Paint.NET.

Then create a new layer and carefuly with the line tool draw around your image.

Then select inside the lines with the magic wand tool.

Now delete the layer with the lines on it and the selection should be left on the biker ( or whatever image you choose ).

Copy the new selection and then deselect it. Then motion blur the image in the opposite direction that the subject is travelling at about 25.

I see the problem: linking to a page containing the image won't work - you need to link directly to the image. And i'm not sure whether picasaweb allows this.
