BY THE WAY CAN ANY1 SEE MY SIG?ICANT LOL.

Did you know that if you press capslock again that you can write in small letters as well?

And to answer your question... nope, I cant see your sig.

flaredragon, it doesn't matter that your sig. is not showing up, it would be removed if it did. It's too big.

SIMPLE steps to make a toy car from a real car:

1. Click the Move Selected Pixels Tool then click on the picture.

2. Then drag the small nub or handle at the right/left edge of the selection to adjust the picture to your desired miniature size.

it's easier that way, don't you think?

i'm only a beginner so that's all i can comment.

please don't make your tutorials too complicated for beginners like me.

That way will mess up the wheels. but for some images it might work.

Also a little trick to fix up any weird joins (odd pixels, etc) just select it with the Ellipse select and do a 2 Pixel Gaussian Blur.
