phlimm Posted February 14, 2017 Share Posted February 14, 2017 (edited) I am working on an image that requires many layers that all need to be resized and rotated to fit properly. I am copy/pasting them in from other sources into the master image. There are times when I find that a layer that was previously placed is not sized or rotated as I would like it. However when I select it in the layer list, all I can do is move it. The handles for resize and rotate no longer appear. Is it really true that once a layer is placed that it cannot be resized or rotated again? Please say it ain't so! Never mind. I just realized than when a layer image is dropped in, the handles expand to fit the entire canvass area. Just need to zoom out a bit to find them.
