I'm looking for something that can reduce the colors of an image to about 45 colors and/or pixelate at the same time. Otherwise the "resize image" works perfectly fine. Just need a reduce colors option. This would be perfect for perler art and pixel patterns if I could find something. Any links I have seen that might have been helpful have been deleted. I just tried to install it and it is giving me messages saying it might harm my computer. and I'm not sure how to even open the file. DLL stands for Dynamic Link Library and like in a library the people use books for information here Paint.NET uses the code in a DLL to make an effect. You have to reduce the colors until less then 100 color entries in the palette. Then you can save this palette (and change the single entries). I made a palette that includes every color of perler beads, if you've heard of them. So I would want to have those 45 colors be the only colors in the image. I just figured out, what I wrote before, but I'm afraid it isn't possible in an easy way. Its designed to allow the artist to reduce the number of colors in the picture so a custom palette can be made for that specific project. Creates a lot of work if you work on many projects. Using the multiplier functions allows you to reduce the number of colors you need to remove to create your palette.
