All I had was a black and white image of his Marine Corp photo taken by a friend with his smart phone. I fould paint.net made colorizing a sinch. This was the image I had to start with. I weas able to use his head and cap and colorize his face and fix the white in the cap. The Eagle Globe & Anchor had to be replaced. The background was set to transparent. Then an image of a Marine PFC was located, the uniform was saved and the head and cap attached. I then touched up the edges and saved the final image. A Marine Corp flag was loaded and my friends picture was layered onto that and this is the result. Don was a handsome guy and this helped bring a part of him back to life for use who knew and loved him.
