No None, only the standard effects that come with PDN. Cold start is over 2 minutes (Free version) Uninstalled store version now. Never done a restart on this laptop, I give up after clicking the pdn icon 2 or 3 times.

What is now the average launch time? Free version was 2 minutes. Store version is 3.5 minutes, both instances are without any plugins installed apart from the ones that come with the program. When I had windows 7 and later 8.1, launch time was around 20 seconds. I now have 8gb RAM compared to 2gb on my previous machine, but it's now far slower to respond.

@Pixey I had this multiple issue before I got the store version.

After 3 days since I posted. Not anybody on here can offer any help or information? Not even the developer? As a footnote, I even bought and installed the store version, that takes even longer to open!

Hi. I have just installed paint.net onto a new laptop and in diagnostics within paint.net, I notice there is more than one .dll of the same type Any reason why? (see screenshot) I downloaded it from the official website too. Also paint.net is taking around 2 minutes to open after I click on the icon. Windows 10 is up to date and on version 20H2 19042.844.

Also utilised the Dryad plugin from @Red ochre Curves+ from @pyrochild Inner bevel selection and bevel selection from @BoltBait and Clouds.
