Ellipsis

I have the same question as above, why is it just EdHarvey.Effects.dll and EdHarvey.Effects.pdb? Is it more convenient this way or is there some other reason? (The plugins do work, though) Also, don't know if it's because of it being just two files or if it's supposed to be like this, but should the effects have no icon next to them or is that only for me? Attached file is a screenshot showing some effects without icons.

I do have to say that at step 3, the luminosity, the picture doesn't work/exist. Other then that, nice tutorial Also, new picture, made using this tutorial(Rly love this tutorial).

Hey, I'm new to Paint.NET and made this while following your tutorial and experimenting a little bit. And catron44's vortex really looks awesome, I hope one day I get that good as much of you guys.
