It works now, thank you a lot man, I owe you something I guess.

I did select the whole layer, after merging the circle layers down to 1 layer, pressing ctrl+a. After that, I'd run SineWaves, and I would get this effect, as print screened above.

I am ashamed to ask, but when I get to use SineWaves, I won't succeed in getting the wave, no matter the value of the amplitude. I won't get the real wave, surely depending on me. And neither will I get a real wave, when I go to a higher value of the amplitude. I hope that someone is willing to help me out on this.
