Ok I got it. I made it glow after and it looked awesome.

I'm not getting the same results. What do you draw/put before you zoom blur??

How do you create the special effects like the star/sun in the background?

yeah it's gaussian blur. It changed because of the new update, 3.51... and all the icon graphics changed.

Try thinning the lines to one pixel. Like this: lol, mudkip!

PDN was installed into my USB, then later moved to this computer. EDIT: I installed PDN manually from GetPaint.net, and it worked. Thanks.
