You are trying to run the effect on a completely opaque layer; which will never work. It looks like you're trying to add a shadow to some text. You should create a new layer, and add the text to that new layer. Then run the effect.

I don't think I'll add that. There would be a lot of edge cases that would make a bit more difficult than you might think. For example, when a chart slice is extremely narrow, it will no longer have enough space to accommodate the puzzle lock/key.

Incorrect. Pyrochild's Outline Object works just fine in the latest version of Paint.NET.

You'll need to edit them one at a time. Paint.NET doesn't do any kind of batch processing.

Does your palette file have empty lines at the end of it?

Paint.NET places the image onto the clipboard in various formats. It's up to the consuming program (in this case, Paint Tool SAI) to choose which format it wants to use. This plugin is absolutely ancient, and does not require the latest version of Paint.NET. Your problem lies elsewhere. You should use the latest version of Paint.NET anyways though.

The plugin does have an option to remember Position and Size, but it doesn't seem to be working 100% correctly. It might be easy to fix though. I'll add it to my To Do list.

I can't reproduce this issue. Are you sure the user interface didn't open on another monitor?
