  1. Hello @Pixie1001 and welcome to the forum There is another Grid Lines in this pack that goes up to a thousand. If you want it bigger than that, you could duplicate it and then increase your canvas size and rearrange it to meet up.
  2. Hello and welcome @Oliviaicegirl27 Your art is beautifully done. I love the shading on both of the images 😊
  3. @Garrymo you can find simple videos on YouTube to help you. Just 'search' for: How to add layers in paint.net. This is an example of how I started to make my Aquarium signature. 1. Start with a background image. 2. Import your pre-made fish/rocks/plants. 3. The above imports from your computer, will automatically appear on a new layer. 4. Keep adding your images and resize them accordingly.
  4. That looks like how the 'ellipse selection' tool works when it's selected, then moved?
  5. Hello @SonOfBenway and welcome to the forum I just tested it in the brand new version of paint.net v.5.0.13 and it is working for me. Whilst using this tool takes a bit of time to get the hang of it, it seems to work. Remember you have to hold down the Ctrl. key when you click/anchor on the area you want to copy.
  6. That's why I moved from the Isle of Man to Florida (used to live in Laxey). Yes, it seems so. Good luck with your project.
  7. @manarak you may also like to take a look at AA's Assistant and this chap's other plugins.
  8. Downloaded Now I can practice my Latvian (joke)
  9. If I'm understanding this correctly, the actual canvas itself will remain in the center of the window, whatever you are doing, even if you change its size. I'm guessing that your other layers are perhaps of a different size to your original canvas size? Or, you are zooming in or out? If so, make them all the same size?
  10. Those are very good @lynxster4 and they literally jump out of the page. Jolly well done 👏
  11. I see So the poster has a corrupted PSD file and the Plugin is still good?
  12. Hello @Cameron and welcome to the forum Are you sure you did this? Put the .dll in File Types Folder "Copy and paste PhotoShop.dll to: C:\Program Files\paint.net\FileTypes"
  13. Not cancelled - just suspended for a while. Hope to see you around more @Djisves and, of course @Maximilian too
  14. Actually it has been @lynxster4 who was running the SOTW and I was doing the OOTF 😁 but, thanks anyway.
  15. Hello @Mobyus4045 and welcome As @romein has not logged in since 2008, I doubt he'll see your request We do have a conical gradient like this though:
  16. So sorry @Maximilian to hear about your father, which is very sad indeed. Your signatures are very touching 🥲
  17. @ThatOneUnoriginal there is also a free online site for this as well: https://www.remove.bg/
  18. @Tankertonian you should have contacted us sooner. We are here to help you know. We can fix this 💻
  19. @Dhox welcome to the forum You could do this: 1. select the color you want it to be. 2. Make a new layer and paint the area. Or, if you only want the image background gone, then there is this free site: https://www.remove.bg/ Good luck
  20. You could always find a font: https://www.1001fonts.com/comic+outlined-fonts.html Then magic wand the inside of the font and delete the center. Follow by Gaussian Blur and AA's Assistant. Then magic wand the center again and fill with desired color. * Edit: Actually you don't need to get rid of the color, as the outline text is clear:
  21. Perhaps this tutorial may help. It's basically putting an outline on the text:
  22. I think it may be time to take a break from the OotF Competitions, until further notice, as the entries have dwindled and it's down to just two of us. It can always be started again, if people begin to show an interest again. Many thanks to those who have participated in the past
