I want to suggest a feature.... Custom Skins..... It could add features and plugins(if you want to) or change the buttons and other stuff! I do like the photoshop skin... I do not plan to buy photoshop... I rather keep Paint.Net.... I want the photoshop skin... xP and how bout this.... If your gonna resize the image or visa versa, it would multiply or decrease pixels for better image quality!

Windows Vista had Ver. 3.0...? Cause i saw the preview... Right...?
