I found a good program to organize fonts. It's free, and it works well. It's called Linotype Fontexplorer. It's here: http://www.linotype.com/2493/fontexplorerx.html You can organize different font packs to different sets, and disable or enable them with a click of the mouse. This is very handy, because if you have like a thousand fonts, your computer may start loading up more slowly. With this program you can make your computer use the fonts only when you're working with them. I hope you'll like it as much as I do!

I hate cropping. The images here are almost perfect for it, but some are very tricky. They might require pixel to pixel cropping and some feathering. Ugh. Good tutorial though

Kind of, exept I'd like to change the font faster. Now I have to open the font list, and click on a new font. I'd like to be able to just select the font list, and scroll down with my mouse, watching the different fonts get applied to my text.

Is there a way to quickly change the font of the text? I remember in Photoshop you could put the focus on the font sub-menu, and scroll down either with the mouse wheel or the arrow keys, but I don't think that works with Paint.Net. This would be a good thing to add to a future version as it would speed up the selection of the fonts.

Would it be possible to make a 'random' button? A randomizer, that is. That would be nice.

This is a very nice tutorial. The drop looks stunningly realistic, especially when you do a smaller water drop. And like people said, experimenting with opacities brings good results.
