Whenever I use the magic wand, I get these cut away lines that stand out like a christmas tree in aruba. Can someone help me out?

Ok. You need to make a layer for each drawing, use a transparent gradient for each, create a new layer for text, create another layer and then add your 3rd drawing and play with the opacity until you get something you want. Hope that helps.

Yeah, I wouldn't know that though because there's some sort of virus on my computer that doesn't allow me to download or save anything to my local disk files. So basically, I have no plug-ins.

That hot dude. The edges are very defined though, maybe theres a way to make them more round.

Try painting concentrated, but random, lines in the area you want motion blur it by 150 with an appropriate angle.
