I think you don't understand the question, this picture is only demonstrational, real picture has some texture and other things, I just want to scale down (make it "thinner") the red portion.

Hi, I want to know how can I scale down the red rim proportionally like in this picture? Is there some plug-in for it, or am I missing some feature which can do this? Thanks
