I opened up a .gif saved it as .agif. No new layers were made.

Err... well I saved it but it didn't turn into multiple layers. Then I loaded it and there's still only one layer.

Well it works now, but the .agif doesn't present multiple layers, unless there's something else I have to do.

Yes, according to the properties that's where it is. My D: drive is bigger so I install everything there.

So I extracted the animated GIF plugin into the FileTypes folder... nothing's happened. I've exited Paint.net before I extracted it but nothing's changed.
