Hi, I just got a windows 10 laptop and I put palettefromimage.dll in the effects folder and when I try to use it paint.net shuts down every time due to an error. What do I need to do?

I'm using TR's SpineMaster and when I'm drawing I can only see the layer I'm working on. I need to see other layers so everything lines up. Is this possible? And is it possible to zoom out instead of moving around using right click?

Is there a tool in paint.net where u can draw a straight line, and then when u move the mouse it starts a new line where the first line ended. And when u click the mouse again it creates another line, all connected? I've only been able to draw individual lines and be very careful to make sure they connect accurately. I want to electronics diagrams like this with just a few clicks

Is there a plugin or tool for precise angles? Like an angle finder or protracted?

I realized I worded the question in a way that is confusing. It was not in effects/artistic. It was a category before artistic

I downloaded the megalo pack and found an effect I liked, and then had to remove it all. Now I'm trying to figure out the name of the plugin. It was in a category of effects that is alphabetically before artistic. It reacted to a picture, putting a bunch of squiggly or melted little black shapes all around the lines of the picture. Can u help?

I searched and all I could find was PDNwatermark. it wanted me to download from another website and has problems.

Hi I'm trying to make these 4 boxes into a 3d image for red and cyan glasses. After doing research, I duplicated the layer and set the red curve to the bottom right and then went to the other layer and set the green and blue curves to the bottom right. Then I set layers> properties> modes>screen on both layers. Then I used the magic wand and move selection to move one layer to the right just a little. Now I dont know what to do bc no anaglyph appeared. I want to set each box at a different depth, but first I'm just trying to create an anaglyph. Please help
