Hey all, I am trying to install the stipple and dot plugins but cant get either to show up in paint.net I downloaded them and copied the dll's to the effect folder in paint.net directory and when I start paint.net I do not see the effects under the effects tab anywhere....am I missing something. Please help me! Thank you!

Hey guys, I would really love to use this plugin except when I download it and copy the dll file to the effects folder and load paint.net I do not see the stipple effect anywhere in the effects tab....am I missing something. I tried the dot plugin and nothing either...Please help! Thank you!
